Jill Eisele at last Saturday's Workshop

The Thatcham Art Experience held its first Saturday Workshop with a Guest Teacher for seventeen Group Members and their guests on Saturday, 12th November, 2011 in Thatcham Methodist Church Hall. As the sun shone, crowds gathered from all over Thatcham to line the route of the Remembrance Day Parade and to witness one of the largest processions that Thatcham has seen in recent years. There was a great atmosphere on The Broadway Green, Thatcham, on Friday (26th August) despite the continuing threat of rain. Fun On The Broadway had returned providing free activities for children as the summer holidays draw to a close. The United Service of Remembrance was held at London Road Cemetery on Sunday 17th July 2011. The small chapel at Thatcham’s London Road Cemetery was completely filled as people gathered together to remember deceased friends and family at Thatcham Town Council’s annual United Service of Remembrance.
