Following on from Thatcham Vision’s Community Survey, the group of volunteers responsible for Thatcham’s Parish Plan put together a number of focus groups or“Topic Teams” to further identify the needs of Thatcham. The Childcare and Early Years’ Learning Topic Team recognised a need for low cost events for children during the summer holidays.
